A Little About Me
I am a sports performance and fitness coach and I love experimenting with different diets and supplementions. I believe the best fitness coaches are those that have experimented with a little of everything training and nutrition related. I have tried every diet that you have ever heard of from paleo, to ketogenic, carb-backloading, whole 30, fasting, intermittent fasting, extreme cut diets where I lost 24 pounds in 21 days and heavy gainer diets where I gained 15 pounds in 21 days. I've done an MRT-150 food inflammation blood test to see what foods cause inflammation in my body and I get blood work done more often than most people change the oil in their car. What have I learned from all of this? They all work. Some work better than others and the key is finding out what works best for you given your daily schedule and level of activity. I've also learned that being fit and healthy isn't nearly as hard the world tries to tell us it is and a few simple changes can make a HUGE difference. Below is one of my own personal transformations, of many, that I have gone through with various diets and training programs.
My goal is to pass along the tips, tricks and hacks that I have learned over the years through experimenting with about everything imaginable. Conventional wisdom when it comes to fitness is anything but wise. Instead, it is almost completely backwards.
